Sport has been part of my life since I was young. Swimming, cycling, motorcycling, climbing…. A career there was therefore obvious to me. I was able to experience mental preparation for the first time during rock climbing training. I immediately understood that it was a success factor, which is why I directed my studies towards a master’s degree specializing in mental preparation.

As a mental trainer, I commit to a perspective of well-being in performance. My goal is to allow everyone to experience letting go in their discipline to fully feel the pleasure it can provide and thus be more efficient. Mental preparation makes it possible to overcome the obstacles encountered so that each individual can exploit their full potential and achieve their goals.

My Masters in Psychological Preparation and Coaching (UFR STAPS in Montpellier) allows me to accompany athletes whether they are high level athletes or amateurs. I provide advice and tools adapted to the individual and their needs with the goal of autonomy so that the athlete can be the actor of his own success . Creating a relationship of trust and sharing with each individual is fundamental and essential for me.

My training and my experience also allow me to intervene in the world of work. I accompany its various actors with a view to well-being at the service of professional performance by proposing different themes for harmonization between individuals .
