Individual Mental Preparation

Nowadays, with the evolution of training techniques, an athlete’s state of mind can be the element that makes the difference.

Who is it for?

All athletes whether amateur, professional or high level who want to get to know themselves better or are eager to progress.

How?

My athlete follow-ups are divided into individual sessions of approximately one hour to which observation periods can be added if necessary.

During a first individual interview, we define together the axes of work according to the needs of the moment of the athlete. I am then able to offer a program that adapts to each individual with their singularities.

Thanks to my knowledge and my skills, I meet the expectations of athletes by using dynamic and co-constructed tools during the following interviews.

I know how to adapt to everyone to offer specific and individualized tools and techniques to move towards the autonomy of the athlete.
